This is a reminder that, if you have established a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) that is utilized to fund deductibles or co-insurance under your medical plan, check with your accountant about the mandated annual fee that is due on July 31st.

The fee is either $1 or $2 per person($2 for the second filing; $1 for the first filing depending on plan year, see below)and does NOT apply to Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Care Spending Accounts that are funded solely with employee contributions.
