Everyone who has ever called us knows BMC’s Debbie Karl. For the past 13 years, Deb has resolved your problems, counseled your employees, processed your enrollments and terminations and provided every level of assistance possible. And now she’s retiring! While Debbie is irreplaceable, we’re very much looking forward to welcoming
Joanne Wullert Visscher who will be making the job her own. She has an extensive background in benefits. While it will take some time until she knows everyone and gets ‘up to speed’, we promise that you’ll have the same level of support that Debbie always provided. Joanne will be coming on board on Monday, March 9th, but Debbie’s last day won’t be until March 19th.
